Grease collection drawer

The spacious grease collection drawer, designed to facilitate cleaning operations, is able to contain all the volume of liquids present in the perimeter channel.

Drain

Available as an accessory, the continuous drain pipe allows waste and liquids used for cleaning to be disposed of in an external container or directly connected to the drain system.

Water dispenser

Available as an accessory, the water loading kit allows you to connect the equipment to the water supply network.

Electric version

Heating guaranteed by rotating armored resistances, to facilitate cleaning operations, positioned directly under the grill. Performance and reactivity for every barbecue. Thanks to the correct positioning of the heating elements, the grill temperature is uniform over the entire cooking surface, guaranteeing perfect results on every position of the plate.

Resistance deflector

The special removable deflector, positioned under the resistance, besides simplifying the cleaning process generates thermal reflectance capable of reducing energy losses towards the bottom of the equipment, also safeguarding any underlying machinery.

Easier to manage

Suitable for all types of use

The grill configuration allows heat concentration in the cooking zone, avoiding thermal dispersion and efficiency losses, improving comfort for the Staff.

GAS TAP
Modular

In versions with tap, power regulation is entrusted to an enhanced flow tap Type 22PP modular with continuous operation to adapt the Grill heat according to the type of cooking.
